We came across this restaurant on our annual trip through New York State. We always tour the finger-lake wine region, and then stop in Buffalo for our favourite French restaurant. I would like to see Sample in Zagat or Fodors! Many people may not realize the great food Buffalo has to offer, but Sample ranks with some of the finest restaurants we have sat down in. We are tough critics, favouring San Francisco, New York, and Paris. It may sound a bit off from the typical destination. If you happen to be breezing through Buffalo, we say must stop here. The wait staff was great. We sat down, and let our server suggest. We were not disappointed. The custom cocktails were worthy of a high ranking. Fineliving
